Payment Options
We believe everyone deserves access to quality dental care, so we do our best to make payments as stress-free as possible. Before starting any treatment, we’re happy to go over costs with you and help you understand your options. If you have dental insurance, we’ll work with your provider to maximize your benefits. For those without insurance, we offer an in-house payment plan to help make care more affordable.
Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance, we’ll accept assignment of benefits—this means your insurance company will send payments directly to our office. Most plans don’t cover 100% of treatment costs, so you’ll be responsible for your deductible and any remaining balance. Since insurance payments can take time to process, we kindly ask that you cover your portion when services are rendered.
It’s important to know that any estimates we provide are based on information from your insurance, but the final amount may change depending on how your claim is processed. As a courtesy, we electronically file claims, track them for you, and even cover postage for special claims.
Flexible Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, but we also offer a flexible in-house payment plan for those who qualify. We understand that dental care is an investment, and monthly payments can help make it more manageable. Our in-house plan allows you to break up treatment costs into smaller payments with no upfront fees, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalties.
If you’re interested in setting up a payment plan, let us know—we’ll be happy to go over the details with you!
